I recently had the pleasure of working with New Vision Renovations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their excellence in bathroom repair truly stands out — the quality of work is top-notch, and every detail was handled with care.

What impressed me most was their clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated at every stage, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free.

A special mention goes to Jamie Thomas, who was always on schedule and incredibly professional. His reliability and dedication made a big difference and reflected the company’s commitment to high standards.

New Vision carried out a complete renovation of our en-suite bathroom.
The quotation was competitive and the arrangements for the supply of materials very flexible which suited us.
From quotation to completions the work was carried out in a professional manner with excellent supervision and scheduling by Jamie and quality workmanship from the various tradesmen. There were no delays or hold-ups.
We are extremely pleased with how the work progressed and the outcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending New Vision

I don't normally write reviews, but Jamie and the team absolutely deserve one. We wanted someone to come in and offer ideas, and Jamie delivered exactly that. He helped refine our amateur vision and brought it to life with outstanding attention to detail.

The finished bathroom is premium, and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. The team was professional, reliable, and always kept us informed throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Jamie and the team more highly for anyone planning a renovation!
